Kelly L. Kaczor, MPAS, P.A.-C received her Bachelor of Science Degree Magna Cum Laude from University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. She received her Master Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Daemen College. Ms. Kaczor is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Western New York Physician Assistant Association, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology.

Jamie was excited to join the team at Paul R. Young, MD, PLLC in October of 2013. Jamie ensures that you will have all the information you need to have a great experience at our office. She contributes compassion and poise while scheduling appointments for our valued patients. She is a pleasure to everyone she encounters. Jamie is the smiling face that will greet you as you enter our office.
Jamie graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in English. She is married with 2 dogs and 2 cats and loves to spend her free time reading or relaxing at a beach.
Nurse and Surgery Scheduling Coordinator
Shannon has been a part of Paul Young MD since 2014. She can be found getting the patients prepared for their consultation with the doctor, assisting with procedures, or scheduling surgeries. Her experience and warm nature make her an empathic, informative, and friendly person to rely on.
Shannon is in charge of our surgery scheduling department. Her background gives her a strong understanding of medicine and patient care.
She holds a degree in nursing from Trocaire College. Shannon enjoys nothing more than coming home to her husband and three dogs.
Director of Marketing
Sonia brings experience in design, advertising, writing, public relations and communications to her role as marketing director at Paul R. Young , MD PLLC.
She oversees our internet presence, website, social media, and blog content. In 2017 she led the the practice in re-branding its logos and redesigning its websites. Sonia is an adept researcher and tracks industry challenges and trends. She provides, creativity, ingenuity and business intelligence to the practice.
Her career includes 20-years of experience working with non-profits. including fundraising and major event planning. Additionally, Sonia won the prestigious “Young Leadership Award” for her volunteer work.
Sonia studied Art and Design at Pratt Institute in New York City. After relocating to Buffalo, she studied communication design at the University at Buffalo. She also holds a degree in education.
“Kayla recently became a part of the team in August 2017. As a medical scribe, she ensures that your visit is documented accurately in real-time.
Majoring in psychology, Kayla recently graduated from Canisius College in May 2017. Aspiring to become a PA or NP, she is currently taking a gap year and applying to physician assistant and accelerated nursing programs.
In her spare time, Kayla enjoys hiking and camping with her boyfriend and 2 dogs, or just hanging at home with her family”
Business Manager and Administrator
Tami has worked with medical practices of all sizes and specialties over the last 24 years. She provides insight and expertise in assisting medical practices with managing the financial strategies and operational management in the most effective, efficient and productive way possible, to achieve the highest level of success. Her overall experience of 24 years in the health care industry encompasses; business management, medical billing, coding and compliance. Previous experience included working with providers, staff, health care defense attorneys, district attorneys, insurance payers, software vendors and physician member associations, providing education, auditing, coding, compliance, billing and management services.She is a certified professional coder (CPC) and member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) since 2003. During that time she held the officer positions for the local chapter as president. Tami has also earned her credentials as Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM).
Billing and Accounting Specialist
Beverly has worked in the medical billing industry for 29 years with over 20 being in a supervisor role. She played a key role in our Practice opening in 2013 with implementation of electronic health records, staffing and compliance. She is responsible for Administrative and Clinical operations of the Practice. She has a vast knowledge of maximizing work flow efficiency, staff training and managing and development of policies and procedures to maximize a successful work flow. Her years of experience has involved, Primary care and many sub-specialties. She has worked in all areas of a medical practice which is beneficial to providing the best patient care while allowing the practice to succeed and grow.
